Pre-Orders
To help you get the look that you want before everyone else, you can pre-order certain items.An item is put into the pre-order category if
- It is a limited edition item and there are limited stocks arriving for customers to buy
- Exclusive to online
- Sells out fast - so we recommend customers pre-order to reserve their dress before it arrives to avoid disappointment
If an item is available for pre-order, the add to shopping bag button will be replaced with a pre-order now button. Please take a look at the item description to view any relevant pre-order notes
Adding an item available for pre-order is achieved in the same way as a normal order item. You then follow the check-out process as normal and pay for your items. Once the pre-order item is available we will send it out to you. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately at no extra charge. Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.

Please bear in mind that if you do place a pre-order it will be treated as a normal order and the monies will be taken from your account when the order is placed. This is to secure the item for you.
Some items that go out of stock may not be available for pre-order. Please use our Enquire feature instead (shown on the product detail page) to be notified about the items status.

Delivery
Mainland UK delivery costs
Please note orders placed after 3pm Thursday 1st April will be dispatched Tuesday 6th April. Wishing all our customers a wonderful EasterStandard delivery charge - £3.95 per order (2-4 working days)
Express delivery charge - £5.95 per order (next day delivery) available Monday – Thursday, excludes UK bank holidays. If orders are placed before 3pm.
Next day delivery is not currently available to the following post codes – HAS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28,KW1-17,PA20-78,PH19-50,TR21-25,ZE1-3,AB,BT,IM,JE,GY
- Standard delivery is available Monday to Friday.
- All express delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail special delivery, to arrive the following day between 8am- 1pm.( Exceptions may occur to this service in an emergency. In these circumstances we will endeavour to notify you of any delay as soon as possible by e mail or telephone)
- A specific time cannot be allocated or specified by Royal mail. A signature will be required on receipt of your package.
- If you are not in the postman will leave you a calling card to inform you, how you can arrange for a re delivery or directions for your local post office where your package will be held by Royal Mail for up to one week, after which it will be returned to us. In these circumstances you will be charged for the initial delivery costs and a further delivery charge will be incurred if the package is to be re delivered. You may want to consider using an alternative delivery address where a signature may be obtained and your package is safe.
If your order is made up of multiple items and item/s is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will dispatch the delayed item/s at no extra cost as soon as they become available. You will be notified of this delay within 24 hours of placing your order.
Pre-orders - If you have ordered a pre-order item it will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. Please allow up to 3 weeks. We will inform you when your item has been dispatched.
If you need to change your delivery address after an order has been placed please contact customer services (members may do this through my account). Please note we advise customers to call us asap after placing their order.Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any amendments and you will be liable for any delivery costs.

ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ARE LEVIED ONCE THE PACKAGE REACHES ITS DESTINATION. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES AND CANNOT PRE-EMPT WHAT THESE CHARGES MAY BE. IT IS ADVISABLE FOR YOU TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION SO YOU ARE AWARE OF THE POLICIES IN PLACE IN YOUR AREA, BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please inform us immediately (link here for customer services) If you wish to cancel after your order has been dispatched you will be charged for delivery costs and a refund will not be issued until the item/s have been retuned to us in their original packaging and condition. You are liable for the cost of sending the item/s back to us.
Free postage promotions
From time to time we will offer Ce Me London customers free postage, this will apply to Ce Me London paying for postage when sending item/s out to our customers. If you wish to return an item/s purchased during free postage promotions please note you will be liable for the cost of returning the item/s back to Ce Me London for either an exchange or a refund within 7 days of receipt. Member discounts do not apply to postage charges however members will be entitled to free delivery during free delivery promotions as well as their member discount on all full priced item/s
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item/s please return the item/s to us in its original packaging and condition with all the original tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge on receipt, or exchange the item/s for a different size or colour if preferred. Some items such as earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item has to be reduced in price for resale or manufacturers care instructions have not been followed. When trying on items of clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant and that you are away from a smoking environment, as we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange where there is evidence that the above instructions have not been followed or the item has been worn, damaged, swing tickets have been removed or the item/s has a mark or scent on it.
How to return an unwanted item/s back to us:
- Ensure you complete and enclose the original delivery note in your parcel stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Returns should be made in the original undamaged packaging
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, Ce Me London do not offer pre paid postal returns
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us in its original condition. For your protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a reputable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and parcels can be tracked. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the parcel to reach us.
- Refunds will be made and exchanges dispatched once item/s have been received by us and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to you
- If an exchange is not available or is delayed, we will notify you by e-mail of any delays or amendments to your request.

Damages
We want you to feel great in your Ce Me London garment that is why each garment is quality checked by us personally before it is despatched to you. If however you discover your garment is faulty please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to follow the above instructions may invalidate a claim for a replacement.
Ce Me London will not exchange or refund item/s washed or cared for against the manufacturer’s instructions. Please read our care and sizing guide to ensure you follow the appropriate instructions of care for your individual garment as also listed on the individual product pages.

Although there are standard size guides by which you can work out your size accurately, please note individual garments do sometimes vary. Please check the individual size guide on each product page for a more accurate fitting.

- Always take measurements when you are naked keeping your undergarments on
- Use a fabric measuring tape this will fit more accurately around the contours of your body

Bust
Relax your arms and keep them by your side. Measure around the whole of your bust remembering to keep the measuring tape slightly loose
Waist
To find the natural crease of your waist bend to one side and measure around your waist line keeping the tape a slightly loose
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure the area just below your hip – bone –
Trousers
When measuring for trouser lengths select your best fitting trousers and measure them from the crotch seam to the bottom of the trouser to the nearest half-inch. This will give you the inseam length. If you intend to wear them with heels do remember to add an inch to your inseam length. We will give you the inseam length of each trouser on the individual product pages
Dress Length
Measure this from just under your armhole to the length stated. This will give you an idea of where the dress may sit on you.
We want you to enjoy your Ce Me garment so we try to make our garments as care friendly as possible. We know how busy you are. We try and select fabrics that can be hand washed at home with care and attention. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions very carefully as time to time some garments are not washable and require dry cleaning and also are not iron friendly and must be either ironed on the reverse or drip dried. Here are a few guidelines to ensure your Ce Me garment looks great wash after wash.
Here are the dos:
- Read the care label and washing instructions very carefully. If your garment requires dry cleaning use a reputable dry cleaner. It is the dry cleaners responsibility to make sure your garment is cleaned correctly
- Wash individual garments separately to avoid colours running into one another
- Turn your garment inside out before washing
- Use a quality detergent and use very sparingly
- Always hand wash garments in cool to cold water and check the temperature before immersing the garment.
- Make sure the water runs clear (again cool or cold water) during the rinsing process. Failure to do this may result in marking on your garment
- Do not twist the garment when ringing this may stretch your garment and cause it to lose shape. Hold it in both hands and squeeze the excess water
- Drip dry preferably line dry ensuring the garment is hung evenly from the centre to avoid stretching
- Follow ironing instructions very carefully. If unsure lower the temperature and iron inside out. With foiled garments cover with a light muslin cloth and follow manufacturer’s instructions
Here are some things not to do:
- Do not leave garments soaking this may cause some garments to lose colour and foiling
- Do not soak garments with metal fasteners this will cause them to discolour
- Do not wash whites with colours
- Do not use too much detergent or anything that contains bleach
- If machine washable do not overload the washing machine
- Do not set the washing machine to a high spin
- Do not assume a garment is machine washable always check the label
- Do not iron foiled garments, iron inside out or drip dry as instructed
- Do not iron trims particularly leather trims

Use of this site

We prohibit the misuse of this website. Any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (SPAM) will be seen as a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Ce Me London will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Terms of offering to purchase a product are subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with Ce Me London you need to be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When you place an order you undertake that all the details you give us are accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card being used. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate according to the exchange rate on receipt of your order. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Registration
The personal information you provide us when placing an order, registering for our newsletter or “my account” is up to date, true, current and accurate in all respects. If personal details are to change which will affect the service we offer you as a customer, you will notify us immediately of these changes by contacting enquiries. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail on receipt of this. You can also make changes through “my account” using your set password (click here for my account). It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that personal details are correct prior to finalising an order.
Terms of Sale
We have a right to refuse or withdraw a sale/order if:
- The details you have given us are incorrect
- You do not have sufficient funds to pay for your order
- Misuse of the website
- Breach of copyright
Payment
Goods will not be dispatched until a pre authorisation check is completed ensuring there are adequate funds in your account. Should we encounter a problem with payment we will endeavour to contact you via email and in cases of next day delivery by telephone. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discount Codes
Account holders may be offered discount codes in line with promotions from time to time. These can only be used through your account. They must be followed in accordance to their individual terms of conditions. If item/s are purchased with a discount code, the discounted sum will be deducted accordingly should a refund be required.
Member Discounts
After your first purchase from Ce Me London you will automatically be registered as a member and agree to the terms and conditions set out by Ce Me London. This will entitle you to 5% discount from all full priced item/s you purchase thereafter. This discount is subject to change and can at anytime be withdrawn. Delivery charges are excluded from member discounts. Refunds will be offered in accordance to the returns policy , the returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Members will be refunded the discounted price paid excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are exempt from member discounts and any other discounted promotions, unless stated “free delivery” which only applies to UK Mainland. Member discounts will not be applied during sale periods and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion other than free delivery offers.
Member Feedback
When submitting feedback and suggestions to us you are giving us permission to use your feedback in a respectable manner to enhance the service we offer you. Names will be kept anonymous unless written consent is given by you to print your name and area details. We value our members and will always endeavour to contact you by email or telephone with a request to use your comments in present or future promotions or PR purposes.
Your account
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passwords and login details remain securely safe with you. We do not retain your password and do not take responsibility for misuse of this facility.
Pricing and availability
Though we try to ensure accuracy in pricing and descriptions of our products errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error we will try to inform you as soon as possible, offering you the option to re confirm your order or cancel. On cancellation a full refund will be offered.
This is a retail website and all prices are retail prices. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery is charged in addition. Delivery charges will be listed separately on the payment pages.
Dispatch times vary according to availability. Guarantees or representations made as to delivery times is limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal strikes or events not in our control for which we are not responsible. We will notify you through e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Should an item/s be out of stock, we will inform you of when it will become available. We will dispatch item/s that are available at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged further delivery costs for delayed item/s; these will be dispatched to you as soon as they are available.
If a package is returned to us for whatever reason, an additional delivery charge will be incurred for the package to be re delivered. Please ensure a neighbour is able to take a delivery in for you or if you are at work, perhaps use an alternative delivery address.
You are liable for postage costs when returning items back to us. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of purchase. We recommend you sent items back through registered post allowing you to track your package ensuring it arrives to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on sending item/s back and the contra-indications.
