Its by chance that Ce Me London came by this gorgeous dress Rihanna wore partying whilst partying with Tinie Tempah in Dublin this week.We just couldn't hold the excitement knowing we beat her to it! Admittedly I personally havn't always liked Rihannas' styling over the last year in particular. So what's changed? Has she got a new stylist? whatever it is she looks like a lady here that anyone would want to aspire to - pure elegance.
