The Ce Me London lady is a VAMP!

25th Jan 2010 11:30:53

It is official. The vamp look is back. I feel this will now be known as the age of the vampire - they’ve positively taken over our television shows and movies. (Not that I’m complaining of course, Edward Cullen can steal my soul away any day.)

But for fashionista's, I was intrigued to find that Christian Dior

are featuring it as a hot spring beauty trend. And if its good enough for the couture catwalk, it is good enough for us!

Dior have taken the look one step further with divine jewelled eyelids,

but this is optional. The main emphasis of the spring vamp look is sultry, red lips, which enhance your natural sexiness.

Of course, Dior have used their own lipstick to create the vamp effect, which at £21.50, is, to me, perhaps the wrong side of £20.00. For those looking for the right side of £20.00, I have found an incredible colour changing lipstick by DuWop, in ‘Private Red.’

And no, it isn’t the sort of colour changing lipstick that will make you look like you have spent too long in the 70’s - this formula claims to adapt to your individual colouring, giving you the sexiest spring lips in town.

At £18.00, the colour and unique technology is a sound investment - and leaves a couple of quid left for some kissable mints! Fabulous!

When dressing with the vamp look, there is one colour which can truly crank up the spring vamp factor - black. Here at Ce Me London, there is only one dress to expose your femme fatale

With endless ruches and sultry back detail,

this dress will guarantee all heads to be turned - in this world or another.
